1:1 Pilates

Pilates - we offer classes for both adults and children.

We work with a wide range of clients and customers from education authorities, charities, businesses and nurseries to provide Pilates classes for all ages, from 18 months to 80+ years old.

 

We offer new, innovative and fun ways to bring the benefits of Pilates to everyone.

Mixed mat Pilates

A mixed Pilates mat class that will help you to improve your posture, build core strength and stamina, increase flexibility and gain muscle tone.

 

Even if you have tried Pilates before a refresher of the basics can enhance the benefits and precision of your exercise.

Cardio Pilates

A combination of high intensity training and Pilates with more controlled movements makes for a dynamic workout that will have you breaking a good sweat and working the body to its maximum potential!
 

You’ll burn more FAT. Not only will you burn calories, but the effect of intense exercise will kick your body’s repair cycle into hyperdrive, meaning you will burn more fat and calories after your workout than you would doing something like steady cardio.
