What is Mindful Choices For Children and Adults?
Mindful Choices is a program designed for both infant and junior school children and teachers, tailored to each age group.

We are often asked 'why do we need mindfulness in schools?' Mindfulness can help both teachers and students to reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen attention and focus, support social and emotional growth, and better resolve the inevitable conflicts that arise.
The weight of evidence from recent studies into the use of mindful practice in education concludes that:
'Mindfulness is likely to have beneficial effects on the emotional wellbeing, mental health, ability to learn and the physical health of school students and staff. Such interventions are cheap to introduce, have an impact quickly, can fit into a wide range of contexts and are enjoyable and civilising, for both pupils and staff.'
Our interactive, fun sessions are delivered to school class size groups over 1 hour 40 minutes with a variety of different skills to get children talking as well as being active, but this can be adjusted around your schools timetable.
The cost of these sessions is also important to us, as we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience and adopt mindful practice. So that every school can take advantage of Mindful Choices, the course is priced per child which can be paid for entirely by the school or part funded by parents.
